Western Wire Products Co. offers wire forms in a variety of product categories, and businesses are welcome to request custom fabrication services as well.  Our main product categories include: general wire forms, wire handles, wire hangers, mechanical fasteners, and custom-made springs(industrial springs, steel torsion springs, Stainless Steel springs, etc.).  We can accommodate wire diameters ranging from 0.016” to 0.625” with metric sizing at 0.4 mm to 16 mm for lower-volume, precision fabrication utilizing our CNC machinery.  Our production shop can accommodate wire diameters ranging from 0.028” to 0.562” with metric sizing at 0.75 mm to 14 mm on higher-volume, precision fabrication runs utilizing our four-slide forming  machinery and/or multi-slide forming machinery.  We can also accommodate higher-volume, precision fabrication runs of strip steel wire up to 16 gauge for general wire forms manufacturing.  Additionally, we provide clients with highly-precise, CNC wire bending, CNC wire forming, and fabrication of simple to quite complex wire forms.

As a full-service, OEM, standardized, specialty and custom manufacturer, we can offer your company complete fabrication services from design, engineering and rapid prototype work to a wide range of secondary operations and finishing services.  We can provide you with materials options, Austempering, bending, chamfering, coining, deburring, drilling, general machining, general product assembly, notching, punching, in-process staking/staking, wire stamping, wire swaging, tapping, threading (and secondary threading), undercutting, vibratory deburring, and additional welding services as needed.
