Custom Automotive Wire Forms Fabrication Services

Western Wire Products Co. is a full-service, wire forms manufacturing company.  With over 100 pieces of production machinery, we can accommodate many different wire forming, wire bending, CNC-machining and precision machining requirements.  We produce simple to quite complex custom wire forms from a wide range of wire diameters.  For custom production work at our job shop, our lower-volume, precision CNC machinery accommodates wire diameters that range from 0.016” to 0.625” and we can accommodate custom automotive wire forms production in metric sizing of 0.4 mm to 16 mm.  Additionally, our higher-volume, precision machinery production runs utilizing multi-slide forming and four-slide formingmethods can accommodate wire diameters that range from of 0.028” to 0.562” or we can accommodate metric sizing that ranges from 0.75 mm to 14 mm.  Our production shop can also fabricate custom wire forms using strip steel wire to 16 gauge.
