Wire Bending Capabilities
Our wire bending/forming accommodates wire diameters from .016” to .625” or metric sizing at .4 mm to 16 mm. Some of our fabrication services include blank wire bending, four-slide or multi-slide wire forming, simple to complex bends, chamfering, in-process staking, stamping, threading, and even meeting specific tolerances for spring forms such as compression, extension and torsion.
Finishing options for standard or specialty custom wire forms include:
