- Higher-volume production runs utilizing other machinery such as four-slide and/or multi-slide forming machinery; we accommodate wire diameters from 0.028” to 0.562” or metric sizing from 0.75 mm to 14 mm
- Strip steel wire fabrication service up to 16 gauge
- Precision wire forms fabrication using additional steel grades including, but not limited to cold-rolled steels, galvanized steels, mild steels, stainless steels, and other steel grades including Type 302/304, and T420 stainless standard duty and plain steel
- Sanitary stainless steel torsion springs (with passivation; e.g. medical device manufacturing, agricultural use products, and springs for equipment for sanitary food processing, distribution and preparation)
